My wife Karen, daughter Stephanie and our 102lb. chocolate Lab "Hunter" enjoy the many amenities that Daniel Island and the Charleston area have to offer. We relocated from Pittsburgh, PA in 2003 to escape the weather and the rigors of corporate life and to enjoy life in a more relaxed atmosphere.
Today we are active members of the Daniel Island community where we own and operate Core One Properties, LLC. and Core One Mortgage Company. I serve as the President of the Daniel Island Business Association, on the executive committee of the Trident Regional Education Advisory Board and particpate in other clubs and associations- as well as being an avid golfer and fisherman. Karen, a licensed CPA, helps manage our businesses and is the President of the the newly formed Daniel Island Chapter of the PTA and a active member of the local Rotary Club. Renting A Home?
